New lingo for law students

New law students will have to study an African language as a compulsory subject if the minister of justice can sell the idea to universities. During yesterday's Justice Department budget debate, the issue of the languages used in courts featured prominently.Justice and Correctional Services Minister Michael Masutha announced plans to investigate ways to promote the use of indigenous languages during court proceedings.
