Rider scales the heights on 'Strictly'

Her toes are blistered and she's terrified of being lifted, but 5FM's Sureshnie Rider is ready to make the most of competing in Strictly Come Dancing. "There are a few lifts in the sequences and I'm terrified of the heights, so I've had to really prepare myself mentally to look up and keep everything together," Rider said yesterday after Strictly Come Dancing season eight's list of contestants was revealed.
