Numsa fails in court bid to join Cosatu congress

The fate of the National Union of Metalworkers lies in the hands of delegates to the special congress of labour federation Cosatu next month. Acting Judge Mandla Mbongwe dismissed Numsa's application in the Johannesburg High Court for an order that it be accredited as a participant in the special congress.
