Panayiotou lawyers to appeal bail ruling

Lawyers for murder accused Christopher Panayiotou have filed their notice to appeal the ruling in which Panayiotou was denied bail. Panayiotou‚ 28‚ is accused of orchestrating his wife Jayde’s abduction and murder‚ along with Luthando Siyoli‚ 31‚ and Sizwezakhe Vumazonke‚ 30.Panayiotou was denied bail by the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court on June 5 this year.
