Twitter users don’t reserve their views on Eskom announcement

What happened to reserves that Eskom said it was building up? That was some Twitter users' reaction to the power utility’s announcement on Monday: “The probability of #load_shedding is low for this morning and high for this evening.” On Sunday‚ Eskom implemented stage 2 load shedding from 8am until 10pm‚ “due to increased electricity demand and a shortage of generation capacity”.
