Process starts to 'impeach' Zuma

The Democratic Alliance has started a parliamentary process to try to remove President Jacob Zuma from office because of the way South Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir was allowed to leave the country in violation of a court order. Bashir was allowed to leave Waterkloof Air Force Base and return to South Sudan in spite of a North Gauteng High Court order instructing the government to keep him from leaving the country.
