Find worth all the truffle

The first black Perigord truffle discovered in the Western Cape has been sniffed out on the farm Altima in Elandskloof, a valley north of Villiersdorp within the Anthonij Rupert wine portfolio. After six years of nurturing by Altima managers Coenie and Hanene Van Dyk, "their truffler aka Clyde the Jack Russell sniffed out the 200gm truffle in the brulé of one of the inoculated oak trees", said Woodford Truffles South Africa.
