KZN cop was 'drunk behind wheel'

A KwaZulu-Natal cop was so drunk that, as he sat behind the wheel of his police vehicle, bystanders had to splash his booze onto his face to wake him. Once awake, the officer, without a moment's hesitation, drove off.This is the allegation made by Kokstad resident Ben Heydenrych on Facebook on Saturday night.
