Only slight change in petrol prices this month

The price of 95 octane petrol will increase by four cents a litre while that the price for 93 octane will decrease by two cents a litre on Wednesday. The Department of Energy says the main reasons for price adjustment are the weakening of the rand against the US dollar which had a negative impact on the fuel prices of about 30c/l and slight increase in the price of crude oil (on average) in September compared to August.
