Anthony McCarten, the Oscar- nominated writer of the Stephen Hawking biopic Theory of Everything is now involved with the long awaited biopic of Queen lead singer Freddie Mercury. The project has been around since 2010 when Sacha Baron Cohen was attached to play the role but unsurprisingly he and the surviving members of the band parted ways over a difference in opinion over the direction of the film.
