Fishermen hook up to future with new app

A new app is set to change the circumstances and livelihoods of small-scale fishermen in South Africa. The department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries partnered with Dr Serge Raemaekers from the University of Cape Town (UCT) launched new fishing application called Abalobi on World Fisheries Day on Saturday.
