Seasoned flyers might soon be insisting on being seated in airliners' windowless cargo holds, according to a French aircraft equipment manufacturer that has filed a patent application that takes aircraft design to a whole new level. The plane's hold would become a lower cabin and would be quieter than the main deck, Zodiac Aerospace enthuses in its application.
