Pupils’ matric results will be announced on January 5 and the focus will be on the numbers – passes‚ failures‚ exemptions. In the meantime here are some other numbers to consider. 799 502: the largest number of matric pupils to register for the national senior certificate exams. 668 122: the number of full time candidates.
