MEC calls for public’s help to catch baby’s killer

“The savage murder of an innocent baby requires all of us to help in making sure the person responsible faces the authorities. Western Cape Minister of Community Safety Dan Plato has condemned “in the strongest possible terms” the brutal murder of a seven-month-old baby Inganathi Mnandi in Philippi and called for anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspect to report it to the police.
