Big Ben's little boet chimes again

Big Ben's little brother in Cape Town is ticking again. The city hall clock‚ which is exactly half the size of the Great Bell at the Palace of Westminster in London‚ was installed in 1915.Mayoral committee member for tourism‚ events and economic development councillor Garreth Bloor said the clock strikes the hours and chimes the Westminster Quarters.
