This lady was caught shoplifting last Thursday in Birds of a Feather Constantia.
Footage shows her stealing a purse, but then she proceeded to steal a scented candle.
All of this was beneath the roving camera eye.

After she stole a purse, she proceeded to steal a scented candle. Bad luck for her that the cameras caught both misdemeanours.Can anyone identify her??
