Four Shembe congregants die in lightning strikes in KwaZulu-Natal

A 28-year-old woman died after being struck by lightning in KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday‚ bringing to four the death toll from this weather phenomenon in the province in recent days. Three people from the Shembe church were killed and 40 injured by lightning while worshipping under a tree in Harding‚ according to a statement by the co-operative governance and traditional affairs MEC Nomusa Dube-Ncube on Saturday.
