Racism issue perverted for politics

Listening to the State of the Nation address, it grieved me to hear Julius Malema's blatantly racist remarks with no "out of order" from the speaker. He is quick to call for inquiries into remarks made by public figures on social media. But when Malema spews racial hatred and encourages it among his followers there is silence.
