Tropical muesliIngredients375ml (1 cup) mixed seeds and nuts (such as sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds, linseed, almonds, pecan nuts or walnuts)400g (4 cups) rolled oats130g (1 cup) bran80g (1 cup) toasted coconut flakes5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon60ml (4 tbsp) runny honey125ml ( cup) sunflower oil5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence250ml (1 cup) mixed chopped tropical dried fruits, such as banana, kiwi, mango, papayaMethodPreheat oven to 170C.
