Brian Joffe, the founder and chief executive of Bidvest Group, will soon step down as CEO.The acclaimed deal-maker will hand over the reins of a group he built from small beginnings into South Africa's leading conglomerate - once a deal to spin off its food business is finalised.Joffe founded the company in 1988 and has been chief executive since 2004.
