Good Bank to launch on April 4

The commencement of operations at Good Bank has been set for April 4‚ Webber Wentzel and Linklaters said on Thursday “Subject to a number of conditions being fulfilled‚” a joint statement said‚ this would be “a significant milestone in the delivery of the African Bank restructuring” process.African Bank Limited of South Africa was placed under curatorship in August 2014‚ and the plans for the new bank have been received with the “overwhelming support of its creditors”.
