Baileys chocolate mousse Ingredients185ml (1 cup) milk15ml (1 tbsp) powdered gelatine180g quality dark chocolate, broken into blocks5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence185ml ( 1 cup) Baileys Irish cream, or other cream liqueur, or make your own using our recipe (see facebook)500ml (2 cups) cream, stiffly whipped, plus extra to serveFresh or thawed raspberries, to serveMethodPour the milk into a pan and sprinkle over gelatine.
