Service delivery protest shuts Pretoria Daspoort tunnel

The Daspoort tunnel in the west of Pretoria was closed to traffic on Wednesday due to a service delivery protest at the nearby Gomora informal settlement in Hercules.Police said protesters had blockaded the intersection of Bremer and Van der Hoff streets with burning plastic bins‚ vehicles tyres and stones.
