Graft steals into every corner

Corruption is rife in schools, traffic departments and immigration offices, says Corruption Watch. Corruption Watch yesterday revealed its annual report on the complaints its offices received last year. Of the 2382 citizens who reported instances of corruption to the organisation last year, 16% involved schools and 12% traffic and licensing departments.
