Bake them, bung them in your bag and bite them for a boost on a busy day.Ingredients80g butter200g (1 cup) light brown sugar50g ( cup) cocoa powder, sifted20ml (4 tsp) instant coffee granules5ml (1 tsp) bicarbonate of soda5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon2 extra-large egg whites85ml ( cup) plain yoghurt180g (1 cup) cake flourWhite sugar, for coatingMethodPreheat the oven to 180C.
