A suspect caught with mandrax worth R2-milion near Grasmere is to appear in the Protea Magistrates Court on Thursday. The 33-year-old man was taken into custody following what the Hawks described an “effective and successful joint operation between the Johannesburg K9 and Crime Intelligence Units” on Tuesday.
