Game of Thrones: Winter's villains cometh

As of 3am on Monday morning winter will have officially arrived and with it a spate of disbelieving gasps. If its predecessor is anything to go by, season 6 of Game of Thrones is likely to include more villainy than a symposium of Bond baddies, with Ramsay Bolton/Snow (Iwan Rheon), formerly Snow, leading the charge as outrage generator-in-chief.
