Women are not faring well in top management jobs in both the private sector and government. These are the findings of a report launched on Monday by the Department of Labour's Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) in Pretoria.Black South Africans lead in professionally qualified category of employeesThe report said black people occupy most top management jobs‚ 73.
