Injured Wits students could be transferred to Joburg hospitals

The six University of the Witwatersrand students injured in the fatal accident on the N1 on Sunday night will be assessed on Tuesday and transported back to Johannesburg if surgery is needed.Eight people – seven students and a driver – were killed when their taxi‚ travelling back to Johannesburg from a Zion Christian Church pilgrimage they had attended in Moletjie‚ just outside Polokwane – struck the trailer of an overturned truck.
