Family of murder accused apologises to victim’s father

The family of a Guatemalan businessman‚ who is accused of murdering a US marketing executive at a boutique hotel in Cape Town‚ apologised to her grieving father on Friday.They came face to face in the corridors of the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court where Diego Novella had hoped to apply for bail.Novella is facing a charge of murder in connection with the discovery of Gaby Alban‚ 39‚ in their room at the Camps Bay Retreat Hotel last year.
