Forensic cop’s case delayed yet again

Almost two years after a Sandton police crime-scene expert‚ who worked on cases linked to Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir‚ forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan and Rwandan Colonel Patrick Karegeya‚ was arrested‚ he is still to testify in his defeating the ends of justice trial.Constable Tshepiso Thomas Kubyane‚ 33‚ was expected to testify on Friday but the case was postponed for a month because not all the defence witnesses had been called.
