Dealer selling drugs to school children in Cape Town is arrested in undercover operation

Western Cape police staged an undercover operation to investigate dealers selling drugs to school children - and arrested a man on their first outing. The operation came as the SAPS followed up on numerous complaints from the Diep River community and neighbourhood watches."It was observed that school children in school uniform were buying drugs close to the petrol station in the Plumstead neighbourhood‚" Captain FC Van Wyk said.
