Nkabinde to act as Moseneke's replacement at ConCourt

President Jacob Zuma has appointed Justice Baaitse “Bess” Nkabinde to act as Deputy Chief Justice. Nkabinde was appointed following Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke's retirement from the Constitutional Court on Friday.The Presidency announced on Monday that Nkabinde will act in her new position until a permanent appointment is made.
