KwaDukuza prisoners on the lam after overpowering officer

Police are searching for two prisoners who escaped through the roof of the KwaDukuza police station on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast. The two awaiting trial prisoners‚ who were detained in the holding cells‚ overpowered and attacked a police officer after 5pm on Sunday‚ said police spokesman Major Shooz Magudulela.
