Bakes and flavourful goodnessINGREDIENTS1 medium sweet potato, boiled and peeled5ml (1 tsp) butter100ml fresh creamSalt and pepper, to taste6-8 slices chorizo sausage2 extra-large eggsPinch of paprikaSnipped fresh chives, to servePreheat the oven to 160ºC.METHODBlend the sweet potato with the butter and 45ml (3 tbsp) of the cream, so you have a smooth purée.
