It's a delicious irony. When you apply for a job in online retailer Yuppiechef's customer service department, you have to submit a handwriting sample.That's because the customer service team, currently numbering 16, spend part of their day handwriting personal thank you notes to customers, who have ordered goods online - the notes get added to the parcel before being dispatched to the couriers.
