Speak out against abuse‚ KZN’s top cop urges kids

Children must break the silence and report abuse to the police or their parents - even if they are being intimidated. KwaZulu-Natal Acting Provincial Police Commissioner Major-General Bhekinkosi Langa made this call on Monday in reaction to a 31-year-old man being jailed for 18 years for repeatedly raping his young niece.
