Nandi Mngoma has taken the international fashion world by storm and she hasn't even launched her own fashion clothing line yet.Mngoma, who attended the BET Awards in Los Angeles, wowed fashion critics with a dress she designed herself at Sunday night's red carpet event.International celebrity website and television channel E! Online and Elle magazine featured Mngoma as one of the best dressed for the BET Awards.
