Robert Lewandowski was crucial in Poland qualifying for Euro 2016, netting 13 goals in 10 games to get his country to the championship. But in France he has failed to score. His statistics are disappointing: no goals, two attempts on target, three attempts off target and three blocked attempts.Nevertheless, coach Adam Nawalka is keeping faith with his striker and skipper - and pinning hopes on him for victory tonight against Portugal in the first of the Euro 2016 quarterfinals.
