Pedestrian killed on N4 near Witbank

A pedestrian‚ believed to be in his 30s‚ was killed on Tuesday afternoon when he was hit by a taxi on the N4 about 10km outside Witbank in Mpumalanga‚ paramedics said. ER24 said it was believed that the man had been struck by the side mirror of the taxi while running across the freeway.“ER24 paramedics‚ along with provincial services‚ arrived on the scene and found the lifeless body of the pedestrian lying three metres away from the road.
