EFF will build homes in councils it wins: Juju

Provinces around the country should expect a significant increase in their legal expenses after the August3 local government elections if the EFF has its way. Party leader Julius Malema, speaking at an election rally yesterday in Sunrise Park, near Rustenburg, in North West, threatened provinces with litigation if they tried to prevent EFF-controlled municipalities taking over the provision of social housing.
