A dog owner has been arrested for suspected animal cruelty after his pet Chihuahua tested positive for methamphetamine. The Associated Press reported the suspect, Isaiah Nathaniel Sais of Fontana, southern California, took his pet, Jack Sparrow, to an emergency centre on July 5, saying the animal had swallowed the drug after finding it in his house.
