Two arrested for shooting female traffic cops during robbery

Two men suspected of shooting two female traffic officers in Khayelitsha on Tuesday will spend the weekend behind bars‚ Western Cape police said. They were arrested in the Harare section of the township on Thursday.A statement said that one of the traffic cops “was shot in the leg and the other in the stomach and leg while sitting in their vehicle” in Harare square in Khayelitsha at 11.
