Discovery says sorry for setting the bar too high

Discovery has announced significant changes to its Active Rewards programme following complaints from members. "We have recognised to a large degree that what we put in place in April certainly frustrated and upset a portion of our members. For that we are incredibly sorry," the head of Discovery Vitality Wellness, Craig Nossel, said yesterday.
