Having last won the Rugby Championship in its three-team format in 2009, it would be expected of head coach Allister Coetzee's Springboks to temper their expectations when the tournament starts next weekend. The immediate focus is the Argentina Test at the Mbombela Stadium, but lock Lood de Jager is aware of what winning this event could mean for them.
