Former Hawks boss heads for the Labour Court

Fired Gauteng Hawks head Shadrack Sibiya will challenge his dismissal in the Labour Court‚ said his lawyer after an arbitration of the dismissal at the Safety and Security Sectoral Bargaining Council did not proceed today as scheduled. Sibiya was fired over allegations of being involved in the unlawful rendition of seven Zimbabweans wanted in that country for the murder of a police officer.
