Home at last: Doggy tale has a happy ending

Two dogs that were missing for 11 days after being picked up by City of Cape Town law enforcement officers were reunited with their owners on Tuesday. Nikki Rushin and Brent February‚ of Muizenberg‚ were asked to go to Mitchells Plain police station‚ where their Jack Russells - Jake‚ 3‚ and Jess‚ 1 - were waiting for them.
