Jozini councillors get kick in pants

By hook or by crook, or even by the toss of a coin, the KwaZulu-Natal government is determined to force a small rural municipality to elect a mayor.Jozini has been unable to elect office bearers since the August 3 local government elections because the ANC and the IFP have the same number of councillors.
