Urgent action needed to save economy

Labour federation Cosatu has accused the ANC of lacking the capacity to use state resources to stimulate the crumbling economy, warning that this could lead to an earlier than expected exit from power.After a special central executive committee meeting on Monday, Cosatu general secretary Bheki Ntshalintshali raised doubts about the ANC's ability to use its proximity to state resources to drive economic change.
