In a state over rhino

South Africa should declare a state of emergency over rhino poaching or risk losing the fight to save the species. This is the call being made by a leading African conservationist.This comes after seven rhino were butchered for their horns at KwaZulu Natal's flagship Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park on Thursday last week and two others were killed elsewhere in Zululand.
